What the internship actually is 

You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and the CEO.  

The scope spans two things:  

1. exploring new marketing channels 
2. building workflows that make the marketing team's job easier 

On any given week, you might be building a workflow in n8n or Claude Code or running an experiment on a channel we haven't tried yet. Sometimes you'll pick up whatever the team doesn't have bandwidth for. 

This is not a writing internship or a social media internship. You will write and you will work on content, but the reason we're hiring this role is because we need someone who can tinker and build automations, workflows, etc using AI as the engine and tools like n8n and Claude Code as the interface. You don't need to be a software engineer. You do need to be comfortable gluing APIs together and writing lightweight scripts with AI assistance.

What you should expect 

Things will fail. A channel experiment won't land. A workflow will break. We don't hold that against you, we expect it. What we care about is whether you learn fast, adjust, and double down on what works. 

There's no spoon-feeding here. You'll get context, a problem, and some guidance. The rest is on you. 

Who we're looking for 

• You might not know everything when we put something in front of you but you're not afraid to dive in and figure things out 
• AI is already how you work, not something you're learning to use 
• You've built something: a workflow, an automation, a script, a side project. Doesn't have to be polished 
• You're comfortable with tools like n8n and Claude Code, or can pick them up fast 
• You can glue APIs together and write lightweight code with AI assistance without it being a big deal 
• You have enough range to write sharp copy and build an automation in the same week 
• You're not precious about failure. You move on and try the next thing 

What you'll walk away with 

• Real GTM exposure in a B2B AI SaaS company  
• You'll have built things that you can be proud of and worked directly with the people making decisions 
• Performance-based stipend, letter of recommendation and if you're good, a full-time offer 

Duration: 6 months (1-month evaluation phase, 5-month extension based on performance) + possible full-time offer 

Location: Technopark Phase 3, Trivandrum (on-site)
