Role:

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented AI Content Developer to create, optimize, and scale content using AI-powered tools and workflows. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, prompt writing, digital storytelling, and emerging AI technologies across media and marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality content using AI tools for digital, social media, marketing, and entertainment platforms.
• Create and optimize prompts for text, image, video, and audio generation tools.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to develop AI-assisted content workflows.
• Research emerging AI tools, trends, and platforms to improve content efficiency and innovation.
• Edit, refine, and humanize AI-generated content to maintain brand tone and creative quality.
• Assist in developing AI-driven storytelling formats, campaigns, and digital IPs.
• Generate concepts, scripts, captions, thumbnails, and promotional assets using AI platforms.
• Ensure consistency, originality, and accuracy across all AI-generated content outputs.
• Support content automation, repurposing, and scalable content production strategies.
• Maintain organized documentation of prompts, workflows, and content pipelines.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of AI content tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Claude, Canva AI, or similar platforms.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI-assisted creative workflows.
• Understanding of social media content trends and digital marketing.
• Creative thinking with the ability to adapt AI outputs into engaging content.
• Basic understanding of video, image, and content production processes.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
