We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team in New Delhi.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, generate leads, build our founder's personal brand, and showcase GrowBro's AI products through high-quality content.

You'll work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to execute campaigns, create educational and promotional content, cover company events, and produce short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions.

• Create engaging Reels, Shorts, carousels, graphics, and social media posts.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Write compelling captions and platform-specific copy.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Cover office activities, product launches, customer stories, and events.
• Collaborate with founders and internal teams for content creation.
• Monitor trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
• Schedule and publish content across all social media channels.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.
• Track content performance and prepare monthly reports.
• Suggest creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation.

• 6 months–2 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Ability to shoot and edit engaging short-form videos.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of AI, SaaS, or B2B technology products is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
