Design Executive — Content & Performance Marketing

We're looking for a Design Executive to join our Content & Performance Marketing team. You'll be creating video ads, static creatives, and visual content that drives real, measurable results — not vanity metrics.
This role sits at the intersection of design and performance. Every static you make gets hook-tested. Every video you cut gets measured on CTR, CPC, and conversions. If you care about whether your work actually performs — not just whether it looks good — this is for you.

We're looking for a Design Executive to join our Content & Performance Marketing team. You'll be creating video ads, static creatives, and visual content that drives real, measurable results — not vanity metrics.

What You'll Do
- Create short-form video content (15–30 sec) for Meta and Google ad campaigns — cutting, editing, resizing, and optimizing blogger/creator content for different platforms and formats
- Design static ad creatives for hook testing and scaled campaigns across multiple product categories and geographies
- Work with AI-powered video and design tools (Higgs field, Runway, Canva AI, etc.) to increase production speed without compromising quality
- Produce sale-specific content — banners, promotional statics, and video assets for high-intensity sale periods
- Take structured briefs and deliver finished assets within tight turnarounds — you'll be working on multiple products and geographies simultaneously
- Resize and reformat content across platforms (Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Shorts) with the right specs, safe zones, and aspect ratios
- 1–2 years of experience in video editing and/or graphic design — preferably in D2C, e-commerce, beauty, or performance marketing
- Strong proficiency in video editing tools — Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere,
- Working knowledge of Photoshop for static creatives (layer management, text overlays, product compositing)
- Exposure to AI-powered creative tools (Higgs field, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Canva AI, or similar) — or a strong willingness to learn fast
- Understanding of platform specs and formats for Meta, Google, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to work from briefs — you'll receive clear direction on hook, product, and geography; your job is to execute with speed and quality
- Comfort with volume — this isn't a one-creative-a-day role; you'll produce multiple assets daily across different products
- Experience creating beauty/skincare content specifically
- Familiarity with performance metrics (CTR, CPC) and how creative decisions impact ad performance
- Experience with motion graphics or basic animation
- You'll see the direct impact of your work — every creative gets tested and measured
- You'll work across 10+ product categories and 8+ regional markets
- You'll be part of a fast-moving team that runs 75+ live campaigns at any time
- You'll build skills at the intersection of creative and performance — one of the most in-demand profiles in Indian D2C right now
