Job Description
We're a Talent-tech company building a suite of products across recruitment, interviewing, assessments, and career tools. We're hiring a hands-on content creator who uses AI-native tooling to produce high-volume, high-quality short-form and product video content that grows our brand channels from zero.
All content is brand-led, not founder-led - no personal-brand theatrics, no thought-leadership fluff. We rank for problems, not our name. Useful, product-driven content that compounds.
You'll own the content engine end to end: topic research → storyboarding → scripting → production → publishing → analytics → iteration, working directly with the founder and product data (PostHog, scroll tracking). We ship based on what audiences do, not what they say.
Responsibilities:
- Own social channels (YouTube/Shorts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, X) across our product portfolio - grow each from zero with a clear content-market thesis per product
- Identify topics that win: mine search trends, competitor content, community pain points (Reddit, LinkedIn, industry forums), and our own product analytics to find problem-first topics with organic demand
- Storyboard every video before production: visual beats, hook placement, pacing map, pattern interrupts - no "record and hope" content
- Write scripts optimized per platform: hooks that stop the scroll, retention-engineered structure, captions and CTAs tuned to each channel, no byline, no founder-face content; the product is the protagonist
- Produce 15-25 short-form videos per week using an AI-first pipeline: script → voice (ElevenLabs or similar) → visuals (Higgsfield/Runway/Kling) → edit (DaVinci Resolve) → programmatic templates (Remotion) for repeatable formats
- Build reusable Remotion (or equivalent) templates so product-update videos, feature demos, and data-driven content can be generated at scale, not hand-edited every time
- Create product demo and explainer content: screen-recorded walkthroughs, feature launches, and problem-first comparison videos positioning our products against incumbent alternatives
- Run a weekly analytics loop: retention curves, hook drop-off, CTR, follower velocity; kill formats that don't perform, double down on ones that do
- Coordinate a publishing calendar across multiple product brands without diluting any of them
Requirements:
- Proven organic growth: took an account (own or client) from 0 to ~10k followers in 1–2 months, or equivalent velocity (e.g., multi-million views in a quarter). Must show analytics proof and live links - non-negotiable
- Demonstrated topic-identification instinct: can show a track record of picking topics/formats that outperformed, and explain the research process behind them
- Strong storyboarding and scripting craft: can walk us through storyboard → script → final cut for at least 3 portfolio videos, explaining hook, structure, and retention decisions
- Daily fluency with AI video/audio tooling: Higgsfield, Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar; ElevenLabs or similar for voice
- Strong editing craft in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere — pacing, sound design, retention editing for short-form
- Remotion experience is a strong plus (or After Effects expressions / any programmatic-video background with willingness to adopt Remotion - basic React/TypeScript comfort helps)
- Native understanding of platform algorithms: hooks, retention, posting cadence, format trends
- Portfolio of 10+ shipped videos made end-to-end by you
- Comfortable being the whole content team: research, storyboard, script, voice, edit, publish, analyze — no handoffs
- Bonus: B2B SaaS or HR-tech content experience; faceless-channel operation experience
