Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site AI Video Editor role based in Bhopal.
• The AI Video Editor will be responsible for creating high-quality videos using AI-powered video generation and editing tools while ensuring the final output aligns with the brand's creative vision.
• The role involves transforming concepts into engaging visual stories through AI workflows, editing AI-generated footage, integrating motion graphics, sound design, subtitles, and visual effects, and collaborating closely with the creative team to deliver compelling digital content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create AI-generated videos using industry-leading AI video tools.
• Develop effective prompts and workflows for consistent, high-quality AI video generation.
• Edit and enhance AI-generated footage into polished, engaging content.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, subtitles, and sound design.
• Perform color correction and ensure visual consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and marketers to execute creative concepts.
• Optimize videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Stay updated with emerging AI video technologies and implement innovative production techniques.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AI video creation tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Veo, Pika, Luma AI, Hailuo AI, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering for AI image and video generation.
• Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound editing.
• Creative storytelling skills with strong visual aesthetics.
• Ability to combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Experience in media, digital marketing, advertising, or content creation is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred (not mandatory with a strong portfolio).
