Job Overview

Advex Media is looking for a talented Motion Graphics Designer who can create high quality animations and edit engaging videos for digital platforms.

This is not a pure animation role. You should be confident in both motion graphics and video editing, with the ability to produce content for social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication.

We also encourage the effective use of AI powered creative tools to improve workflow, speed, and production quality. Candidates should know how to use AI as a creative assistant while maintaining originality and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and branding campaigns.
• Design and animate reels, explainer videos, promotional videos, and digital content.
• Develop kinetic typography, logo animations, transitions, and visual effects.
  

Video Editing

• Edit videos for reels, advertisements, and branded content.
• Combine motion graphics seamlessly with live action footage.
• Handle cuts, pacing, transitions, subtitles, color correction, and sound design.
• Optimize videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
  

AI Assisted Creative Workflow

• Use AI tools to speed up editing, motion design, rotoscoping, background removal, caption generation, audio cleanup, and creative ideation.
• Enhance productivity without compromising quality, creativity, or brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools and creative workflows.
  

Content Execution

• Collaborate with strategists, designers, videographers, and marketing teams.
• Understand creative briefs and deliver high-quality content on time.
• Maintain brand consistency across all client projects.
  

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects (Mandatory)
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of motion design principles and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of Blender, DaVinci Resolve, or Cinema 4D is an added advantage.
• Experience using AI creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Veo, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar tools is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and video editing work.
