Job Summary
Looking for a candidate with expertise in lead generation and sales who can convert potential leads into customers. Candidates with startup experience are preferred. The role requires travel for client meetings and field visits.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead generation and customer acquisition
– CRM management and follow-ups
– Prepare proposals and conduct product demos
– Build partnerships with organisations and government bodies
– Track market trends and support product improvements
– Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Required Skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Basic knowledge of sales and CRM tools
– Self-motivated and target-oriented
Qualification
Graduate in Agriculture or MBA (Sales/Agri-Business)
