Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving business targets, supporting customers in purchasing suitable insurance products, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining accurate client records. The role also involves coordinating with multiple teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management and customer service skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships
• Candidates having experience in Agency sales in Life/General are prefered.
• Candidate has to recruit agents, train agents and procure business
• Proficiency in sales, upselling, and cross-selling insurance products
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to handle customer queries effectively
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Prior experience in the insurance, banking, or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory
