Position: Senior Executive / Senior Manager – Advertiser Sales / Affiliate Marketing Sales / Business Development (Digital Marketing)

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end advertiser sales cycle – from lead generation to closure.
• Onboard new advertisers and ensure smooth campaign management & execution.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, account management, and client retention.
• Identify new business development opportunities and create customized proposals as per client needs.
• Pitch, negotiate, and close advertising deals with brand advertisers, media agencies, and performance marketing agencies.
• Work closely with internal teams for campaign optimization and delivery.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, affiliate networks, and competitive strategies.

🔹 Requirements

• Min 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing sales, affiliate marketing sales, online advertising sales, or performance marketing.
• Must have strong knowledge in CPS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong pitching ability.
• Proven ability in client servicing, account management, advertiser acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in media sales / ad sales.
