Expiernce-Minimum 2-5 Yrs Exp. as Admission Counsellor in Any University/Indian Education
Salary- 4.00 to 5.50 Lacs PA
Role Overview: The Admission Counsellor will be responsible for student admissions and marketing support by counselling prospective students and parents, generating leads, and assisting in promotional activities to achieve enrolment targets for various academic programs.
Key Responsibilities: Counsel prospective students and parents regarding university courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and online leads related to admissions.
Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
Participate in marketing and outreach activities such as school and college visits, education fairs, seminars, and events.
Assist in digital and offline marketing activities to promote university programs.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM or admission system.
Coordinate with academic departments and the admissions team for smooth admission processing.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA or Education background preferred).
1β5 years of experience in admissions, counselling of University OR reputed institution only
