Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Garments Business Developer, based in Barasat-II with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves identifying and generating new business leads, conducting market research, and fostering strong client relationships. Daily responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing business strategies, and engaging with potential and existing clients to drive growth. The role requires effective collaboration with different teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and support clients effectively
- Experience in Lead Generation and conducting Market Research for identifying business growth opportunities
- Ability to work independently and adapt to both in-office and remote work environments
- Proven organizational and multitasking skills
- Understanding of the garments/apparel industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
