Role Overview:


3R Creative is looking for a Senior Consultant – Growth & Branding who can deeply understand a client’s business before touching design or marketing.


This role is not about running campaigns alone. It is about learning the client’s brand DNA, business numbers, market position, and growth ambition, and then designing a long-term branding and growth roadmap that is realistic, measurable, and executable.


The consultant will work directly with clients, collaborate with our in-house creative, digital, and content teams, align external resources where required, and own the strategy, action plan, and performance monitoring across year-long engagements.



Key Responsibilities


1. Client Discovery & Brand Understanding

• Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with clients to understand:

• Brand identity, legacy, and positioning

• Business model and revenue drivers

• Target customers and buying behavior

• Offline and online presence

• Evaluate current brand visibility, consistency, and perception across all touchpoints.



2. Business & Market Analysis

• Study and analyze:

• Client business numbers (sales mix, growth areas, margins where applicable)

• Market landscape and category behavior

• Competitor positioning, communication, and digital presence

• Industry benchmarks and best practices

• Identify gaps, opportunities, and strategic levers for growth.



3. Branding & Growth Strategy Design

• Design a long-term branding and growth strategy aligned with:

• Client objectives

• Market realities

• Budget and resource constraints

• Define brand architecture, messaging pillars, positioning, and tone.

• Align branding with marketing, performance, and growth goals — not just aesthetics.



4. Actionable Roadmap & Budget Planning

• Convert strategy into a clear, actionable execution plan, including:

• SEO and digital presence roadmap

• Content and creative direction

• Campaign planning (online & offline where relevant)

• Resource allocation and timelines

• Work with internal teams to define effort, deliverables, and budgets.

• Present structured plans to clients with clarity and confidence.



5. Execution Oversight & Monitoring

• Act as the strategic owner of year-long projects.

• Monitor execution across:

• SEO

• Paid and organic digital activities

• Creatives and content

• Brand consistency

• Track performance against defined KPIs and benchmarks.

• Conduct periodic reviews with clients and recommend course corrections.



6. Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

• Serve as the bridge between client, creative team, and execution partners.

• Guide designers, content creators, and digital teams with clear strategic direction.

• Ensure execution stays aligned with the agreed brand and growth roadmap.



Engagement Model

• Mostly yearly retainers / long-term engagements

• Strategy-led projects followed by continuous execution and optimization

• Focus on sustainable brand building, not short-term campaigns



Required Experience & Profile


Experience

• 8+ years of experience in:

• Branding strategy

• Growth consulting

• Marketing strategy

• Brand advisory or similar roles

• Prior experience handling client-facing strategic roles is essential.


Background (Flexible)

• Branding / strategy consulting firms

• Marketing agencies with strong strategic exposure

• In-house brand or growth leadership roles



Skills & Competencies

• Strong ability to read businesses, not just brands

• Comfort with numbers, performance metrics, and business logic

• Excellent client communication and presentation skills

• Strategic thinking with execution awareness

• Ability to work with creative teams without micromanaging
