Job Description

Hi,


I am looking for a FMCG sales HRBP for our Amritsar Role.


This will be a full time contract role on 3rd party payroll.


Max Pachage will be 4 LPA.


If you have 2-3 years of experiece in FMCG and sales HRBP roles and are looking for a change, then please apply.


Also note, this will be a on site role and six days work week, so please apply only if you are currently based out of Amritsar or are willing to relocate!

Strategic Alignment:

Partnering with sales leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support those objectives.


Talent Management:

Overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention of sales talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the right skills and capabilities.


Performance Management:

Implementing and managing performance management processes, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement within the sales team


Employee Relations:

Addressing employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement within the sales organization.


Organizational Change:

Supporting the sales team through periods of change, such as new product launches or market shifts, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.


HR Operations:

Managing HR processes such as compensation, benefits, and compliance within the sales team.


Data Analysis:

Utilizing HR data and analytics to identify trends, make informed decisions, and improve the effectiveness of HR programs.


To suceed in this role, you will be requiring the following skills and qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Proven experience in HR roles, particularly within a sales environment.

Strong understanding of sales processes and metrics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with talent management, performance management, and employee relations.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
