Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Account Executive, based in Pune. The Account Executive will take responsibility for client account management, including developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying potential business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves negotiating contracts, creating proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction through constant engagement and support.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management, customer satisfaction, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in sales strategies, negotiations, and achieving revenue targets
  • Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with clients
  • Business development, networking, and market research abilities
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic tasks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in FMCG or plant-based food industries is an advantage
