Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable managing multiple hiring processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for various roles across industries.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
  • Follow up with candidates and clients for feedback and updates.
  • Assist in job posting, offer management, and onboarding processes, managing data.


Requirements:

  • Maximum 3 years of recruitment experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
