Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Durgapur for an Admission Officer. The Admission Officer will provide guidance and support to prospective students and parents, manage admissions inquiries, assist with the application process, and ensure a seamless enrollment experience. Responsibilities include addressing queries, communicating program details effectively, building positive relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills for engaging with parents and students effectively
- Experience or knowledge in international admissions and education industry practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to understand and address customer queries in a professional and solution-driven manner
- Basic understanding of educational processes and admission services
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Education, Marketing, or related fields
