Role Overview

As an Admission Counsellor, you are the bridge between a student’s aspirations and their professional future. You will manage the end-to-end admission process—from the first "hello" on a lead call to the final enrollment. We need a high-energy communicator who can simplify technical career paths for students and parents while maintaining a high conversion rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Conversion: Proactively call prospects who have inquired about our tech programs. Understand their needs and guide them toward the right course.
• Admissions Processing: Handle the entire enrollment lifecycle, including documentation, fee structures, and batch scheduling.
• Student Mentoring: Provide one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person and virtual) to explain curriculum benefits, placement support, and ROI.
• Relationship Building: Act as the primary point of contact for students and parents at our Temple Tower office, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Database Management: Maintain an organized CRM/Lead tracker to follow up with "warm" leads and ensure no inquiry goes unanswered.
• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Techbyheart at walk-ins and local events to drive brand awareness in the Chennai region.
