The Opportunity

We're expanding across the National Capital Region and are looking for an experienced, relationship-led sales partner to represent Routed AI in the NCR market.


This is a fully remote role with a fast track to full-time employment - typically within 6 months (or less) once a defined sales threshold is met. Until then, you earn a stipend and best-in-industry commission on every deal you close. 


It is designed for senior professionals who already have access to buyers and want to monetize their relationships with a strong, differentiated product. We're targeting candidates with ~15 years of experience, though we are flexible on this for candidates with highly relevant domain experience in HR tech, recruiter tools sales, or consulting services sold to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders.


Is This Role For You?

Before applying, please confirm that you meet all three of the following criteria:

  1. You have direct, quota-carrying sales experience in recruitment tools, HR tech, or consulting services sold to HR, TA, or RPO leaders. Candidates from sales support, customer success, or marketing backgrounds should not apply.
  2. You have sold to the right buyers Talent Acquisition leaders, HR heads, or RPO leaders - and have closed deals with them, not just supported or serviced them.
  3. You have existing relationships with TA leaders, HR heads, or RPO leaders in the NCR market that you can activate.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, engage, and close new customers across the NCR region
  • Sell to senior HR, Talent Acquisition, and staffing firm decision-makers
  • Lead discovery, demos, and commercial discussions end-to-end
  • Leverage your existing relationships and network to generate pipeline
  • Position Routed AI as a credible, modern alternative to incumbent recruiter platforms. Act as a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller.
  • Share market and buyer feedback to help refine positioning and messaging


Who We're Looking For

We're looking for senior, credible operators with real buyer access, including (but not limited to):

  • Experienced sellers of recruiter tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, FoundIt, or similar HR tech / talent intelligence platforms - strongly preferred
  • Consultants or consulting firm leaders who have sold professional services or advisory engagements to HR, Talent Acquisition, or RPO leaders - and carry strong relationships with those buyers 
  • Former or current senior HR / TA leaders with strong NCR industry networks
  • Staffing or recruiting firm leaders who understand buyer pain points firsthand
  • Fractional sales leaders or GTM advisors in the HR tech ecosystem
  • Based in or closely connected to Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida for client visits when needed
  • Strong consultative, value-based selling skills; comfort with subscription SaaS pricing and enterprise conversations


Compensation & Path to Full-Time

  • Fast track to full-time employment - typically within 6 months or less once a defined sales threshold is met. During this period, you earn a small monthly stipend plus best-in-industry commission on every deal you close. The stipend-plus-commission structure exists purely to gauge fit, and conversion to full-time (with a full salary) can happen earlier if the threshold is met sooner.
  • Best-in-industry commission on first-year contract value (ACV), plus a monthly stipend during the pre-conversion period. Commissions continue for the full year even after conversion to full-time employment.
  • High performers may additionally be eligible for ongoing commissions on renewals and expansions, plus equity participation based on performance and long-term engagement.


Territory & Account Ownership

  • Initial focus: National Capital Region (Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida). Strong performance will unlock expansion across North India.
  • Sales partners own the accounts they source and actively manage.
  • Strategic account assignments may expand over time based on performance.
