Role Description

The Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of innovative marketing strategies to promote Alric Electric’s products and brand. Responsibilities include overseeing campaigns, optimizing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, managing social media channels, liaising with creative teams, analyzing market trends and collaborating with sales teams to align strategies and achieve revenue goals. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing experience
• Proven expertise in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management and SEO/SEM strategies
• Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Market Research and Campaign Development
• Experience in Brand Building, Content Marketing and Public Relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Strong leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Background in FMEG, consumer durables, electrical or lifestyle brands preferred
