Job Description

A fast-growing player in the Education Technology (EdTech) sector focused on career development, student upskilling, and placement enablement across India. We partner with colleges, training institutes, and corporates to drive outcomes through tailored learning products and placement solutions.

We are hiring an on-site sales professional to drive institutional partnerships and revenue growth across Indian territories.

Role: Business Development Executive (EdTech) — On-site, India

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify institutional leads (colleges, coaching centres, corporates) through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
  • Deliver on-site demos and presentations tailored to academic and hiring stakeholders; articulate ROI and placement outcomes clearly.
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM; forecast opportunities and drive deals from qualification to closure.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms with decision-makers, and close contracts to meet revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding, track implementation, and secure renewals/up-sell opportunities.
  • Represent the product at campus events, placement drives, and industry forums; travel across assigned territories as required.
