Role & Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify institutional leads (colleges, coaching centres, corporates) through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and field visits.
- Deliver on-site demos and presentations tailored to academic and hiring stakeholders; articulate ROI and placement outcomes clearly.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM; forecast opportunities and drive deals from qualification to closure.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms with decision-makers, and close contracts to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding, track implementation, and secure renewals/up-sell opportunities.
- Represent the product at campus events, placement drives, and industry forums; travel across assigned territories as required.
