Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager at DEV ENGINEERING. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships.


This role involves managing sales activities, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and identifying customer needs to provide effective solutions. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company objectives.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, with experience in identifying and cultivating client relationships
  • Strong understanding of market analysis and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead and manage sales teams to achieve individual and team targets
  • Familiarity with aluminum casting, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend business events
