Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to promote the company’s services and certifications. Responsibilities include overseeing social media marketing, analyzing web analytics to measure performance, creating engaging online content, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance the company’s digital presence. Collaboration with various teams to achieve business objectives is a core aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Google Business Profile(GMB), Google Search Console, Website development, and Social media direct sell strategy
• Familiarity with working in a Startup, a Private Limited company environment is a plus
• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing practices, Content Marketing, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Gemini, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho / LeadSquared / Apollo
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management
• Solid understanding of Web Analytics and Online Marketing strategies
• Excellent English, Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil written and verbal communication skills
• Content optimization, on-page SEO, and website best practices, posts, Blogs, and community post sharing
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the sales team in a remote setting, and consistently meet content post calendar deadlines
• BBA, Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business and training goals
• Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates
• Proficient in WhatsApp Automation, Email Marketing, Canva, Freepik, AI video creations/Poster Creations
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
• Knowledge in Upsell/Presell/cross-sell strategies
