Role Description The Admission Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at the APEX INSTITUTE campus in Ghaziabad. The role involves guiding prospective learners and families through the admission process, including sharing course information, explaining fee structures, and assisting with application forms and documentation. The Admission Coordinator manages inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and email, maintains accurate admission records, and updates learner databases. Daily tasks include scheduling counseling sessions, coordinating entrance tests or interviews, supporting fee collection and receipt issuance, and providing clear communication about batches, schedules, and institutional policies. The role also includes collaborating with academic and administrative teams, participating in admission campaigns or events, and ensuring a welcoming and professional front-office experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and Hindi for interacting with learners and families.
  • Customer Service skills for handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a courteous and supportive admission experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicare or other education-related financial aid processes, with the ability to explain payment plans or benefits when applicable.
  • Training skills to guide learners and families through admission procedures, documentation requirements, and institutional policies.
  • Basic understanding of Medical Terminology helpful for explaining AIPMT-related courses and academic pathways.
  • Proficiency with office software (MS Office, email tools) and admission management systems or CRM platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in record-keeping and documentation.
  • Prior experience in admissions, front office operations, or counseling at an educational institute or coaching center preferred.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education or administration-related qualifications are an advantage.
