Job Summary
Responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, accurate invoicing, and compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax. The role supports financial discipline, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.

Position: Accounts Receivable Statutory Compliance Executive
Job Summary
Responsible for managing accounts receivable, ensuring timely collections, accurate invoicing, and compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax. The role supports financial discipline, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time
- Monitor receivables, ageing reports, and follow up for collections
- Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales/operations teams for credit control
- Maintain proper AR documentation and records
- Handle GST compliances (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)
- Ensure timely TDS deduction, challans, and returns
- Manage PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliances (if applicable)
- Maintain statutory registers and records
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for filings and audits
- Reconcile AR with General Ledger
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Support internal and statutory audits
- B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter / MBA (Finance)
- Experience in Healthcare / Diagnostic Lab preferred
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP and MS Excel
- Good communication and follow-up skills
