Marketing Executive drives brand growth and sales by planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, managing social media, creating content, analyzing campaign data, and maintaining promotional materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Developing, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, print) to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
Content Creation: Writing and proofreading creative copy for websites, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
Research & Analytics: Conducting market research to identify trends, analyzing competitor activity, and using web analytics/CRM tools to measure campaign performance.
Event & Promotion Coordination: Organizing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to support marketing goals.
Budget Management: Assisting with the monitoring of marketing budgets.
Collaboration: Working with sales teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication for creating marketing content and reports.
Digital Marketing Proficiency: Knowledge of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Analytical Ability: Strong data analysis skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Project Management: Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Education: A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is typically required.
