Position Summary

Global Accounts Payable Analyst with experience managing end-to-end AP operations across multi-country and multi-currency environments. Skilled in driving SLA adherence, strengthening internal controls (SOX), Strong expertise in ERP systems, vendor management, month-end closing.

Responsibilities

Invoice Processing

• Review and process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines
• Perform 2-way / 3-way match (PO, GRN, Invoice)
• Process non-PO invoices with proper approvals
• Ensure correct GL coding and cost allocation
  
  
  

Vendor Management

• Respond to vendor queries and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile vendor statements periodically
• Maintain and update vendor master data
  
  
  

Payment Processing

• Prepare and review payment proposals
• Ensure timely vendor payments (NEFT/RTGS/Wire/Checks)
  
  
  

Month-End Activities

• Support month-end closing
• Reconcile AP sub-ledger with General Ledger
• Accrual preparation and reporting support
  
  
  

Compliance & Controls

• Adhere to company policies and internal controls
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness
  
  
  

Travel & Expense (T&E) Management

• Review of employee expense claims for policy compliance
• Verify supporting documentation and approvals
• Process reimbursements within agreed TAT
• Handle corporate card reconciliations
• Identify non-compliant claims and coordinate with employees for clarification
• Support T&E audits and reporting
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• ERP knowledge (SAP / Coupa / NetSuite, etc.)
• Strong MS Excel skills and Power BI
