Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commission Sales Associate located in Bhubaneswar. The Commission Sales Associate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, meeting sales targets, and representing the company in a professional manner. The role involves identifying customer needs, pitching relevant products and services, and providing post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales plans.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Effective communication and people skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
Familiarity with sales strategies, forecasting, and goal setting
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ensuring customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous sales experience and local market knowledge in Bhubaneswar is advantageous
