Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager, located in the Toledo, OH area. The Account Manager will focus on building and maintaining relationships with industrial and high-tech business clients. Responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. The Account Manager will also be responsible for meeting sales goals and participating in strategic planning to drive business development.


Qualifications

  • Experience in account management, client relationship building, and customer service
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and market analysis
  • Technical knowledge of industrial components and systems is an advantage
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in industrial distribution or a similar field is a plus
