Compensation: ₹30k – ₹40k fixed + performance incentives

What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Manage ongoing projects - ensuring all deliverables, KPIs, and targets are met on time.
- Conduct regular client meetings, share progress updates, and identify improvement areas.
- Translate client briefs into clear actions for the internal team and ensure flawless execution.
- Collaborate with the strategy and execution teams to refine campaign performance and results.
- Track project performance metrics, prepare reports, and proactively flag potential issues.
- Support the BD team with proposals, strategy inputs, and client presentations.
- Assist in lead qualification, follow-ups, and closing new client deals when needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and campaign best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital/marketing/lead-gen agency (client servicing or BD role preferred).
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Business-minded, proactive, and able to multitask under deadlines.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, CRM, Notion, and project trackers.
- Based in Jaipur or open to relocating (this is a full-time, in-office role).
