Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth execution of projects, timely communication, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
    • Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal instructions
    • Coordinate with creative, strategy, and execution teams to ensure timely delivery
    • Manage timelines, deliverables, and day-to-day client communication
    • Ensure quality control and adherence to brand guidelines
    • Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
    • Prepare status reports, MOMs, and campaign performance summaries
    • Handle client feedback constructively and drive revisions effectively
Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience in client servicing/account management (agency experience preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good understanding of branding, digital, and marketing workflows
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
