Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead - Sales for a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi. As a Team Lead - Sales, you will lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, establish sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction. You will also facilitate collaboration among team members to meet organizational goals effectively.

• Solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, market trends, and forecast opportunities for business expansion.
• 03 Or more years Of expeirnce
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism industry is desirable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines effectively.
