Role Description

TBH seeks a dedicated full-time Academic Counselor to support students in achieving their educational and career goals. The Academic Counselor will work on-site at our Kochi location, guiding students through course selection, providing career counseling, and assisting them in navigating certifications and training programs. The role involves creating a supportive and encouraging environment for students, helping them make informed decisions and aligning their aspirations with the programs offered at TBH.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to assist students in identifying and achieving their personal and academic goals.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively guide and interact with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in Academic Advising and Education to provide tailored guidance for course selection and academic planning.
• Ability to evaluate student needs and align their goals with relevant training programs and certifications.
• Empathy, active listening skills, and problem-solving abilities to address student challenges effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in academic counseling or a similar role is an advantage.
