Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Academic Counselor for RICE IAS at the RICE ADAMAS Group, located in New Delhi. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic and career pursuits. Daily tasks will include conducting student counseling sessions, providing tailored academic and career advice, identifying student goals, and connecting students with relevant opportunities and resources to enhance their learning experience. The role also involves maintaining effective communication channels between students and faculty, and understanding individual learning needs to facilitate academic success.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Proficiency in Academic counseling bo th face to face and over the calls
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
• Familiarity with UPSC segment is preferred
• Empathy, patience, and a student-first approach to problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree is compulsory
• 1-2 years of experience in an academic advisor or counselor role is preferred
