Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute corporate events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities
- Understand client requirements and develop event concepts and execution strategies
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure satisfaction
- Handle on-site event execution, troubleshooting, and last-minute changes
- Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and timely delivery
- Prepare post-event reports and documentation
- 2–5 years of experience in event management or client servicing roles
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Experience in vendor coordination and event logistics
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic event planning tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
