Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students on suitable English proficiency tests and aptitude exams based on their academic and career goals
• Assess student profiles and recommend the right test pathway (IELTS / TOEFL / PTE / GRE / GMAT / SAT)
• Drive enrollments for test preparation programs under SIEC Test Masters
• Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to explain test formats, scoring, and preparation strategies
• Provide end-to-end guidance on test planning, timelines, and retake strategies
• Collaborate with academic trainers to track student progress and performance
• Support students in aligning test scores with their target universities and countries
• Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure high conversion and student satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in test prep counselling (IELTS / TOEFL / PTE / GRE / GMAT / SAT)
• Understanding of test formats and admission requirements
• Excellent communication and counselling skills with a student-first approach
• Ability to simplify complex information into actionable guidance
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in education or test prep industry preferred
• Passion for helping students achieve global education aspirations
