Key Result Areas (KRA) / Responsibilities

• Maintain daily student attendance and absentee tracking
• Connect with parents for absent students and academic follow-ups
• Coordinate and monitor fee collection records
• Maintain stock of books and test papers (inward, outward, balance)
• Distribution and tracking of study materials and test papers
• Planning, scheduling, and execution of tests & examinations
• Invigilation during tests and internal exams
• Preparation of test planners and academic calendars
• Compilation, analysis, and communication of test results
• Ensure timely course completion as per academic plan
• Upload recorded lectures on LMS / App and ensure accuracy
• Handle parent & student grievances professionally
• Plan, coordinate, and manage PTMs (Parent–Teacher Meetings)
• Maintain academic and operational data using Excel, Google Sheets, CRM
• Coordinate with faculty, operations, and management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (coaching institute preferred)
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems
• Ability to handle parents, students, and faculty effectively
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multitasking ability
