Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Zoho Administrator who can own, configure, and maintain our Zoho ecosystem. This role is not about basic setup—you are expected to understand business workflows, automate processes, and keep the system clean, secure, and reliable.


Key Responsibilities

  •  Administer and manage Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps (Books, Desk, Creator, Projects, Campaigns, Analytics, etc.)

  •  Configure modules, fields, layouts, workflows, blueprints, validation rules, and automation

  •  Create and maintain custom functions (Deluge) and integrations

  •  Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, and data access

  •  Handle data import/export, cleansing, deduplication, and validation

  •  Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics

  •  Integrate Zoho with third-party tools (email, accounting, ERP, payment gateways, APIs, webhooks)

  •  Support sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams with system enhancements

  •  Troubleshoot Zoho-related issues and coordinate with Zoho support when needed

  •  Maintain documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations

  •  Ensure data security, compliance, and backup processes


Required Skills & Qualifications

  •  3+ years of hands-on experience as a Zoho Admin

  •  Strong expertise in Zoho CRM

  •  Good knowledge of Deluge scripting

  •  Experience with Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics

  •  Understanding of business workflows, sales pipelines, and process automation

  •  Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations

  •  Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

  •  Ability to translate business requirements into Zoho solutions


Good to Have

  •  Zoho certifications (CRM / Creator / Analytics)

  •  Experience in multi-organization or multi-tenant Zoho setups

  •  Basic understanding of accounting (Zoho Books)

  •  Experience supporting 50+ users

  •  Exposure to Agile or startup environments
