- Effective communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to align on business objectives.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret sales data, monitor KPIs, and implement process improvements to optimize overall store performance.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth functioning, adherence to company policies, and achievement of business goals.
- Lead, train, and motivate the store team to consistently deliver superior service, high engagement, and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed store revenue targets, actively monitoring sales performance metrics.
- Manage inventory levels, merchandising, and stock controls to minimize shrinkage and maintain optimal stock availability.
- Foster effective customer relationships by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a positive in-store shopping experience.
- Monitor and analyze store performance data, preparing reports and presenting actionable insights to upper management.
- Uphold store visual standards by ensuring clean, organized, and merchandise-rich displays in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to roll out company initiatives, campaigns, and operational improvements.
