Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java DSA Technical Trainer at our Lucknow office. The Technical Trainer will plan, design, and deliver training programs on Java and Data Structures & Algorithms. Responsibilities include conducting technical instructional sessions, mentoring trainees, developing course materials, and assessing learner progress. Trainers will also facilitate practical learning by guiding hands-on projects and preparing students for industry challenges.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java and Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Strong capabilities in Technical Training and delivering effective learning sessions.
• Experience in Training & Development or similar fields.
• Excellent Communication and mentoring skills.
• Ability to design, develop, and deliver technical content in an approachable manner.
• Experience in working with EdTech or career development companies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
