This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Assistant based in Madurai. The role involves supporting daily food preparation and service operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. Responsibilities include assisting in food preparation, serving meals, maintaining hygiene and cleanliness in dining areas, coordinating with the kitchen team, and providing outstanding customer service. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a customer-oriented approach are essential for success in this role.

• Proficiency in Food Preparation and knowledge of Food & Beverage standards
• Experience in Food Service and maintaining a high standard of hygiene
• Strong Customer Service skills with a guest-focused attitude
• Effective Communication abilities to collaborate with team members and interact with guests
• Teamwork and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
