Wellness Therapist

As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, we are expanding our Wellness Project to promote holistic well-being across our workforce and communities.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Wellness Therapist to be part of our CSR Wellness Project. The role focuses on delivering professional wellness and body therapy services, including massage therapies, while creating a relaxing, rejuvenating, and personalized experience for employees and beneficiaries.

• Deliver professional wellness therapies, with a strong focus on body massage and relaxation treatments.
• Perform various massage techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aroma, Head, Foot, and other therapeutic or relaxation massages based on training and client requirements.
• Provide basic wellness and personal care services such as skincare, facials, manicure, pedicure, waxing, and threading, where applicable.
• Assess individual wellness needs and recommend suitable therapies and self-care practices.
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, client comfort, and professional ethics.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain therapy equipment, linens, and wellness supplies.
• Maintain treatment records, inventory, and daily operational documentation.
• Support employee wellness programmes, health camps, and corporate wellness initiatives under the CSR framework.
• Build positive client relationships while ensuring confidentiality and exceptional service standards.

• Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Wellness Therapy, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in professional massage therapy is mandatory.
• Knowledge of multiple massage techniques and wellness treatments.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance with a customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to travel to project locations, as required.
