Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Welding Supervisor to oversee welding and fabrication activities in our assembly department. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of welding machines and be able to manage shop floor operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily welding and fabrication activities
- Handle and operate TIG, MIG, and ARC welding machines
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Guide and manage welding operators and helpers
- Monitor production targets and maintain workflow
- Perform inspection of finished welding work
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper usage
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of TIG, MIG & ARC welding
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Good leadership and team handling skills
- Quality-focused and safety-oriented mindset
Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
