Profile : Principal Solutions Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Principal Solutions Architect who has successfully

delivered real-world systems across system design, architecture, and product engineering domains.

This role requires deep technical expertise combined with strong product thinking and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures.

The ideal candidate has architected and delivered complex systems in production environments and can lead architecture decisions across multiple projects.

Our services include VAPT, SIEM, Zero Trust Architecture, Cloud Security, Fintech Security, Secure Communication Systems, and Enterprise Cyber Defense. As part of our expansion into AI-driven cybersecurity solutions, we are establishing a dedicated AI division to build next-generation intelligent security systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1️⃣ System Architecture & Design

• Design scalable, distributed, high-availability systems

• Define end-to-end architecture for products and solutions

• Create architecture diagrams, design documents, and technical blueprints

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks

• Define integration strategies across services and third-party systems

2️⃣ Product Architecture

• Work closely with product and business teams to translate requirements into scalable

technical designs

• Ensure non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, reliability) are built-

in from day one

• Participate in roadmap planning from a technical feasibility perspective

• Drive architectural decisions aligned with long-term product strategy

3️⃣ Technical Leadership

• Review and validate system designs created by engineering teams

• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and design guidelines

• Mentor senior engineers and technical leads

• Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments4️⃣ Solution Engineering (If Client-Facing)

• Design tailored solutions for enterprise customers

• Support pre-sales by validating feasibility and estimating effort

• Present architecture to stakeholders and leadership teams

5️⃣ Governance & Quality

• Define DevOps, CI/CD, security, and reliability standards

• Drive observability and monitoring strategy

• Ensure compliance with security and industry best practices

Required Skills & Experience

Experience :

• 10+ years in software engineering

• 5+ years in architecture/system design roles

• Proven track record of delivering production-grade, large-scale systems

Technical Expertise

• Distributed systems design

• Microservices / modular architectures

• API design and integration

• Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

• CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Database design (SQL & NoSQL)

• Security and performance optimization

• Event-driven architectures (Kafka, queues, etc.)

• Containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

Strongly Preferred

• Experience designing enterprise-grade solutions

• Experience leading multi-team architecture initiatives

• Experience in high-scale environments
