Vjal Institute is an education and training organization focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI). It aims to empower leaders, professionals, and organizations with practical AI skills and knowledge. The institute offers structured AI training programs, workshops, and certification courses designed to help people understand and apply AI in real-world contexts, especially in business and leadership roles.

Job Responsibilities :

WordPress Development and Management

• Develop, maintain, and enhance WordPress websites with a focus on usability, performance, and scalability.
• Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins to meet organizational needs.

Membership and Subscription Management

• Implement and maintain membership and subscription services on WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Manage online transaction systems, ensuring security and efficiency.

Plugin Customization and Editing

• Edit and customize WordPress plugins to add new features or modify existing functionality.
• Ensure compatibility and performance of plugins across different platforms and devices.

Coding and Programming

• Utilize advanced coding skills in languages like PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS to develop and enhance website functionality.
• Follow best coding practices and maintain code documentation.

API Integrations

• Integrate and manage APIs for third-party tools and plugins, ensuring seamless functionality and data synchronization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to API integrations.

Affiliate System Management

• Develop and maintain affiliate marketing systems and tools within the website infrastructure.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of affiliate systems.

Collaboration and Continuous Learning

• Work closely with the marketing and IT teams to align website functionality with organizational goals.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, WordPress, and related technologies.

Ideal Candidate Profile and Experience:

• Proven track record in developing and managing WordPress websites.
• Experience in customizing WordPress plugins and themes.
• Strong understanding of online transaction systems, memberships, and subscription management.
• Expertise in API integration and affiliate management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in Web Development technologies, including WordPress Development and Design, PHP, HTML5, CSS, plugin development, and programming, with an understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on WordPress.
• Advanced skills in PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.
