Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor specializing in Finance, based in Pune Division. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in finance, accounting, and related disciplines. The role includes curriculum development, conducting research, supervising student projects, and contributing to academic publications. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, engaging in departmental activities, and participating in community and industry outreach programs.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Finance and Corporate Finance, with the ability to teach and guide projects in these areas.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Economics, with an understanding of their applications in business contexts.
• Experience in conducting academic Research, with a track record of publications and contributions to the field of Finance.
• Exceptional communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
• Doctorate in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred); Master’s degree with substantial experience in teaching and research will also be considered.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and the ability to integrate technology into the curriculum.
• Commitment to academic excellence and a collaborative work approach.
