Assistant Professor - Interaction Designer

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor - Interaction Designer based in Kochi. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in interaction design, supervising student projects, and conducting research in relevant fields. Day-to-day tasks include creating and delivering lectures, guiding students, developing innovative course materials, and contributing to the academic curriculum. The role also involves collaborating on interdisciplinary projects and staying updated with advancements in design and user experience to incorporate industry trends into teaching and research.

• Expertise in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
• Proficiency in Design Thinking, Prototyping, and Visual Design tools
• Strong skills in Digital Design, User-Centered Research, and Usability Testing
• Experience with teaching, curriculum development, and research publication
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
• Master's or Ph.D. in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI, or a related field
• Industry experience in design and technology will be an added advantage
