Role Description The Web Content Writer will be responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality content for the company’s website, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets. Day-to-day tasks include researching industry topics, understanding Salesforce and CRM-related concepts, and translating technical information into clear, engaging content tailored to target audiences. The role involves collaborating with marketing, sales, and technical teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, SEO best practices, and overall content strategy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and active participation in content planning and review meetings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Web Content Writing and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and accurate digital content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy and Content Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize content across multiple platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Research skills to gather information from diverse sources and ensure factual, up-to-date content.
- Strong command of English language, including grammar and style, with attention to detail and consistency.
- Experience writing for technology, SaaS, or CRM domains; familiarity with Salesforce concepts is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, web analytics, and content performance metrics is beneficial.
