This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals. Core responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may involve collaborating with the internal team to meet targets, conducting market research, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Strong Analytical Thinking and Market Research skills
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage end-to-end sales cycles
- Knowledge of lithium battery technology or energy solutions is highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
