Job Description

Key Responsibilities Project Responsibilities

  • Understand user needs through research and translate insights into intuitive product experiences.
  • Conduct advanced user research and competitive benchmarking, including advanced methods such as ethnography and contextual inquiry.
  • Define research strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define IA, Sitemaps and Navigation Models
  • Create and validate high-level design concepts with customers.
  • Define solution architecture and collaborate across UX, UI, and engineering teams to validate feasibility.
  • Establish design patterns and guidelines, including micro-interaction patterns, ensuring consistency across products.
  • Develop detailed design specifications and ensure compliance with usability and WCAG standards.
  • Drive usability testing and synthesize findings for design improvements.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
  • Maintain design systems and visual consistency across all product touchpoints.
  • Review and validate prototypes for compliance with the Experience Design framework.
  • Manage project sign-off and closure activities.
  • Lead design discussions.
  • Stay updated on UX trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in product design.
